BUENA PAPA FRY BAR CELEBRATES - COLOMBIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY - WEDNESDAY 7/20/22

This Wednesday July 20th, Buena Papa Fry Bar celebrates Colombian Independence Day by offering their signature flagship dish “El Colombiano” which is based off a traditional Colombian Dish called “Bandeja Paisa” at half price from 3pm -7pm.

Buena Papa Fry Bar serves up Colombian-inspired, Latin-infused flavors over hand-cut, made-to-order gourmet French fries, along with other global, premium toppings. Husband-and-wife team, James and Johanna Windon, founded Buena Papa (Spanish translation, Good Potato) in 2021 in Raleigh, N.C. Inspired by Johanna’s native country of Colombia, their hope is to bring family, friends and entire communities together to experience new cultures and their celebrated local dishes.
